Fill in the form and within 24/48 working hours you will be contacted by e-mail to define all the details.

In case of a return, you can decide how to receive your refund. If you indicate VOUCHER CHIARI FIORI, the amount corresponding to the value of the item(s) you purchased will be sent to you by e-mail and/or uploaded to your personal profile. You can spend THE VOUCHER on the website https://chiarifiori.it whenever and however you want, with no expiry date and no limits.

If you indicate refund on the SAME PURCHASE PAYMENT METHOD, you will be refunded the amount of the product with the same payment method as at the time of purchase minus the return shipping costs.

CHANGE the size and colour or replace the product you purchased with any item in our online shop, completely free of charge.

Or RETURN a product you do not like. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase and 6 € will be deducted for shipping costs.
